Nice to meet you!

I attended both the Art Institute of Ft. Lauderdale and Al Gable Advertising Art School in Cincinnati, Ohio. I worked in graphic arts for a year before joining the U.S. Navy for one tour of duty where I met my husband, and we settled in Northern Kentucky. We have four grown children and six grandchildren.

I may not look like your typical grandma. My hair is red violet and I love it! I'll probably never go gray. The grandkids call me fancy because I wear dresses most of the time. I love dresses.

Dave and I are both retired and now I work to create crafts and projects that I can share with others on my website.

How many times have you clicked on a site to learn how to make something, and the details are so vague, you are left scratching your head? I am passionate about creating things and sharing detailed how-to guides so that you can create something as good as, if not better, than the items I've made. Knowing that someone else has been inspired by my efforts gives me such satisfaction!
